Shell Gadus S2 V220 greases are high quality multipurpose, extreme pressure greases based on a blend of high viscosity index mineral oils and a lithium hydroxystreate soap thickener and contain extreme pressure and other proven additives to enhance their performance in a wide range of applications.
Shell Gadus S2 V220 greases are designed for multipurpose grease lubrication of rolling element and plain bearings as well as hinges and sliding surfaces such as those found in throughout most industrial and transport sectors.

Shell Gadus S2 V220 2 contains special high-pressure additives (EP additives) to withstand such heavy and shock loads.
+ Improved mechanical stability
This is especially important in vibrating environments, where low mechanical stability can soften the grease, resulting in loss of lubrication and even leakage.
+ Resistant to water washability
Shell Gadus S2 V220 2 provides high resistance to water washability.
+ Oxidation Stability
Specially selected age-resistant base oils allow a long shelf life of the fat. During storage, the consistency does not change. Even at high operating temperatures, no hardening or deposits form in the bearing with Shell Gadus S2 V220 2.
+ Good anti-corrosion properties
Shell Gadus S2 V220 2 offers good adhesion on metallic surfaces and protects bearing surfaces against corrosion, even if the grease is contaminated with water.
