Returns Policy

With over 14,000 items in our Stock Range we hope that every item we supply meets your expectations, however if this is not the case, we will endeavour to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.

If it's our error we will fix it as soon as practicable, where it is not, the following applies:

Stock Codes
We will refund or replace any stock item* you are unhappy with when you return it to us in its' original packaging and a saleable condition within 28 days of the date shown on your Delivery Note. *(Excludes embroidered or heat sealed garments unless there is a quality issue).

Non-Stock and ZZ Codes
ZZ coded items are what we refer to as 'Specials', these and Non-Stocked items are bought in to meet your order requirements where our stock range does not. We are not always able to return these to the manufacturer and are therefore not able to issue a credit. Occasionally the manufacturer may allow us to return the item for a credit, but will levy a Collection / Handling Charge, in these circumstances we will pass this charge on to yourselves.

Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty product and would like a refund, please contact us by one of the methods below, advising us of the Delivery Note along with the Product Code and the details of the problem, so that we can investigate this for you. Providing the goods returned are in a reasonable condition we will examine the faulty product and where necessary send the faulty product to the manufacturer for examination. We will be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to within 14 days. We may offer you a replacement charged at our standard price and providing the original product has been confirmed as faulty, offer you a full refund on the original product. We will refund you within 28 days of the day that we contacted you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund.

Do not send or return goods without authorisation
We recommend that you retain proof of postage or tracking number, as in the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide proof of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide proof of delivery. Please note that unless the products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.

A refund for products returned after 28 days is entirely at our discretion and may incur a handling charge
If you placed your Order on our website you may cancel your order with us at any time within 7 working days beginning on the day after you receive the product(s) which are subject to the order. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period to the above details. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use or wear them. If you cancel your order with us we will refund the amount due within 28 days of the day you gave your cancellation notice.In all cases you must provide proof of purchase, e.g. Delivery Note, Invoice etc. or your refund may be significantly delayed.
